Company History

Water Works, Inc. was originally founded in 1982 as “The Water Works” by Keith Ratchford. Keith began his company as a single man operation with the philosophy of offering his customers quality work and honest service. Word soon got around and it didn’t take long for “The Water Works” to establish a competitive presence in Central Florida.

Keith was joined by his father Marvin and later his son Cory, joining three generations of the Ratchford family dedicated to the principles that have made us so successful.

In 2003, “The Water Works” was incorporated as “Water Works, Inc.”
